Application: pumping slurry, viscous material, paste, abrasives (sand & gravel) material, etc.

Parts: With replaceable wear-resistant metal lining or rubber lining, impeller wear-resistant metal or rubber material. Shaft seal can be used packing seal or centrifugal seal.
Features:
Jxsc sand pump is mainly used to transport drilling mud, can also be used as a desander, desilter, centrifugal pump for mud, can also be used as a jet mixing mud pump, as well as mud pump and mud pump for the use of grouting. JXSC all models of the sand pump are a mechanical seal, with long service life service and reliable performance. All parts are interchangeable with pumps of international brands, making it easier for users to find vulnerable parts for replacement.
Working Principle of Slurry Pumps
A slurry pump is a machine that conveys slurry or water to drill holes to washing during drilling. Mine slurry pumps are the main part of mining types of equipment.
The engine drives the crankshaft of the pump to rotate. And, the crankshaft drives the Piston or plunger by crosshead to do reciprocating motion which in the pump bowl. Under alternating action of the suction valve and outlet valve, the pump accomplishes the purpose that the flushing fluid is force fed and circulation.
The Surface flushing medium(water, slurry or polymer flush fluid )under pressure, via the high-pressure hose, tap, center hole of the drill pipe string. The slurry pump sent them to the low-end of a drill to reach cool down. And clear away the rock waste that crushed, as well as send it to the surface.
