【Working principle of impact crusher】
By creating a strong impact force, the impact crushers cause the rock material to break down along the weakest cracks, thus large lump split into smaller pieces. The capability of controlling the vary of flow of materials through impact crushers distinguishes JXSC from other stone crusher manufacturers. In essence, the parameters like material feed angle, rotor speed, crushing force are adjustable, rock materials enter the crushing cavity along the feeding angle, then the powerful spinning rotor strikes the stone to fragment with an adequate pre-setted force. The motion arc of split material is calculated to move in the rotor motion circle area, where the materials are impacted by the hammer rotors sequentially. by adjusting the gap between frame and rotors can optimize the size particle and shape of output material, till the materials of required discharges the crusher through the base frame. 【Application】
Capable of producing construction-grade aggregate, artificial sand and stone materials, run of mine material, especially for the secondary and tertiary crushing stages.
